Tim Zoltowski, M. Div.
Executive Director | Chairman of the Board

Tim Zoltowski is the founder and Executive Director of Foundations for Christ Global Ministry. A former Vice President of Operations for a global insurance company, Tim left corporate America to follow his calling to full-time ministry. He has served as a pastor since 2006 and has ministered in prisons, on mission fields, and in pulpits across the United States and abroad. Tim is passionate about bringing the Gospel to the forgotten, training up the next generation of Christian leaders, and creating practical solutions to spiritual and material poverty. He leads with bold faith, compassionate truth, and an unwavering commitment to seeing lives transformed by the power of Christ.

Jean Baptiste Hakizimana, B. Th
Director of East African Operations | Board Director

Jean Baptiste lives in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda, with his wife Joyeuse and their three children: Wise (11), Shepherd (6), and Gianna (3). Together, they joyfully serve God in their local church and school. Jean Baptiste holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from North West University in South Africa (2006) and received a Higher Training Certificate from Dallas Global Proclamation Academy (2013). He is a national and international pastor trainer and currently leads the Base Ministry in northern Rwanda. Jean Baptiste is also a musician, artist, volleyball player, and Kinyarwanda tutor. He formerly taught at Rwanda Friends Theological College in Musanze and continues to be a pillar of sound doctrine and pastoral development throughout the region.

Fidele Nsengiyumva
Communications & Development Strategy Lead

Fidele Nsengiyumva is a dynamic leader with a deep commitment to community empowerment and sustainable development. His background in communications, public relations, and strategic planning spans across media, education, and nonprofit sectors. Fidele has successfully led campaigns focused on financial inclusion, policy reform, and grassroots engagement. At Foundations for Christ, he plays a critical role in developing our communications strategy, guiding fundraising initiatives, and expanding our impact across Africa. Fidele’s passion for transforming vulnerable communities is driven by his faith and a strong desire to ensure that the love of Christ reaches those in the deepest need.

Janie Zoltowski, M. Ed
Treasurer and Secretary

Janie Zoltowski brings a lifetime of compassionate service and administrative leadership to Foundations for Christ Global Ministry. She began her career working with the ARC Caddo-Bossier, where she managed group homes and supported individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Driven by a passion for helping others thrive, she went on to earn a Master of Education (MEd) with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.

Janie dedicated many years to teaching special education in local school districts before retiring in 2016. Her background in budget management, behavior analysis, and child development now plays a vital role in the operational strength of Foundations for Christ. Whether managing finances, providing structure for programs, or offering wisdom to guide our growth, Janie’s heart for ministry and her gift for administration help ensure that our work remains both impactful and accountable.

Sunil Kumar, MD
Director

Dr. Sunil Kumar is a results-driven healthcare technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. He has led the implementation and optimization of Epic EHR systems in academic medical centers, covering both clinical and revenue cycle workflows. Sunil holds certifications in seven Epic modules and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. He combines a professional degree in medicine with an MBA in Healthcare Administration, bringing a strategic and patient-focused lens to his leadership. His ability to unify clinical, operational, and technical perspectives strengthens the oversight and development of Foundations for Christ’s initiatives.
